1 1rye tortilla 0.25lbcorned beef or pastrami 0.25csauerkraut 0.5cswiss cheese 1vegetable oil Shred corned beef/pastrami. Drain sauerkraut. Shred cheese. Wrap cheese, meat and sauerkraut in center of tortilla. Place a wooden toothpick through the tortilla to hold it together. Deep fry until crisp.
